Web designer - Flash/Flex - social networks (details)

We have an opening for a critical role: enhancing our frontend. This includes taking over an existing solid base, but radically improving usability, adding games, new media (video) and more. We need you to excel in usability & technology to build a star product.

Your profile
Education:

• graduation in media design, media engineering or similiar or equivalent experience

Experience:

• Proven development skills on Web Applications, UI design, workflow design
• Interested in social networks.
• Has worked with developers in teams.
• Knows open source libraries and works actively with development forums

Technical skills:

• Flash AS3 (++) or equivalent technologies and willingness to switch
• Flex 2/3
• HTML (++)
• Development OO (++)
• AJAX (HTML/JS)

Other skills:

• English fluently, written and spoken
• media experience an asset
• casual game experience an asset

Your responsibility:

• UI design
• workflow design
• user feedback analysis
• implementation in Flash/Flex, some in HTML
• Define needs for/against web server environment, schedule release
• Work together in a team
